Students (Studying English/MQF 1-4)

Students reading for a course leading to MQF Level 5 or higher and recognised by IDM under such LN

English students or MQF level 1-4 students with a course duration of more than 90 days and in possession of a TYPE D visa

- Can work a minimum of 15 hours per week

- Can work for a maximum of 20 hours per week

- Can work within their first year of residence

- Can work after 12 weeks of studies but may apply for EL before this period

- Applications are NOT subject to Labour Market Tests

- Applications are subject to Labour Market Tests
