About Malta

Malta is the most urban and cosmopolitan of the islands residing at the centre of the Mediterranean Sea. It has every amenity, from modern residential and commercial areas, to a vibrant nightlife and numerous leisure options. While the Grand Harbour area and most of the central-eastern region
are built up, the countryside to the North is rugged and sparsely populated. Malta has a long and chequered history spanning some 7000 years.

Leisure Activities

Take the plunge! Go diving to experience the silence and the beauty of a hidden water world. Above this peaceful underwater world, you can hit the waves while doing some sailing activity. You don't have to be an expert sailor - many resorts hire out dinghies and offer short courses for novices and leisure sailors. One of the main advantages of visiting the Maltese Islands is that there's an activity for
all and you can make the most out of your visit by combining several experiences into one. Although the archipelago is only a few hours' flight from most European cities, this small peaceful island can offer something unique for all tastes.
