Have you ever thought of embarking on a career in CHILDCARE?
Future Focus offers a number of courses for people interested in working in child care. Child carers must be well trained and professional, patient and good communicators. It is very important to enjoy what you are doing because you feel competent in this subject.
Our Intermediate Diploma in Good Practice in Child care and Education is designed for those who have limited or no experience of working in a child care setting or who have no formal qualifications in child care and education.
The course is made up of 6 units. Each unit consists of 10 hours of taught lectures. In addition students should complete a minimum of 300 hours in an appropriate
What can I do after the course?
You can follow the Diploma course Level 4. With this diploma and with your practical experience you should be able to find work as a child carer.
How many lessons a week do I attend?
Each lecture is held once a week and the duration is of 2 hours
How many people will attend the course?
The classes are small to ensure individual attention. There are usually not more than 15 persons in the class.
Who are the lecturers?
3 lecturers are involved in the course. They are highly competent, well qualified individuals who have many years of experience teaching on such courses.
How do I apply?
You can download the application form from the website: www.futurefocus.com.mt You should fill in the form, sign it and send it to our offices with your payment. You can pay by cheque, internet banking, credit card or in cash.
You can also visit our offices. We are open daily from 8.30 hrs to 18.00 hrs. We do not close during these hours. We are sometimes open later and on Saturdays but it is better to phone and check before you visit outside normal opening hours.
